I am such a "fan" of Michelle Obama. She is down to earth, says it like it is and has total confidence in who she is. I loved how she prioritized her goals. She had a plan from the beginning and she worked hard to make it happen. I loved how Barack Obama took her by surprise and when she saw what a decent, purposeful man he was, he had her at "Hello". She is so grounded as a daughter, sister, wife and mother, yet she also values herself and found a way to make "girl time", which she realized was necessary to keep her emotional balance. I loved her book, her honesty and above all her ability to love unconditionally.
Lots of details about her law school experience and some of her activities in the White House. I actually skimmed part ot it. Best parts were about her presentations to groups. Especially her presentations to youth groups.
Well told biography of a wonderful lady
This is my girl. So classy, beautiful, and extremely intelligent. Such a lady.

She has made us more aware of the importance of exercise and eating the right food to keep our young people more health.
Great teaching tool and how far the US has come and so much more needs to be achieved. I highly recommend this book for any book club to discuss.
Enjoyed how the author added historical context to Mrs. Obama'a life story. Also her story if fascinating and the author did a good job telling it.
